SmarterWays have gone the extra mile to fetch you a truly enterprise-class user portal from which you can manage your account with us. The MySmarterWays portal is used as soon as we start creating your site. You are given a log-in to the portal so that you can view the design work as it takes place. You are then encouraged to log your feedback. This is tracked and your comments incorporated into the design. By logging these requests through your account, it makes them fully trackable by both yourself and SmarterWays. When your changes have been made, the feedback will be updated to reflect this. This process is used for each page of your site as it is created so you can be 100% sure that by the time your site is finished you will be 100% satisfied with it. At SmarterWays we will settle for nothing less.

Manage your users

Using your MySmarterWays account, you are able to control who, from your organisation, can access the portal. You have the ability to create, amend and delete users therefore you are in full control of who has access to what.

 

Log, track and manage changes

You will use your MySmarterWays account to log and track all the changes you want for your site. This makes the whole process auditable and ensures that there is accountability built into every aspect of the process. What is more you will be able to look back over time and see exactly when and where calls were logged, by whom and how they were handled. This is especially useful once you have used up your free change units you get when you site goes live.

If you have more than one account/site with us, then you will have a separate contract for each one and will be able to log calls against the correct one, therefore still keeping everything simple and removing any confusion.

View your statistics

Using the MySites section of MySmarterWays you can view your site statistics. Website statistics are very important to most people as they are constantly curious to see how many visitors their sites are attracting, which pages are being looked at, etc.
